This role is specifically designed for someone with a strong technical mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing both digital and traditional content
Support the development of digital campaigns from concept to execution
Conduct research to support existing clients and develop new ones
Use analytics tools to monitor and draft reports on campaign performance
Help brainstorm creative concepts
Assist in basic video & design work
Support the team with administrative tasks
Required Skills & Experience
Use of Google Suite and Canva
Beneficial to have
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
Experience with GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude
Basic understanding of ad formats, campaign objectives, and audience targeting
Basic understanding of web development (either HTML/CSS and some JavaScript, or experience with a modern CMS platform such as Webflow, Framer, or WordPress).
Basic digital design skills (design and video editing software)
Experience with CapCut, Notion, and Slack

Reports to Digital Manager at Knox Digital
Works closely with account managers, creatives, and other specialists

Process
Initial call – shortlisted candidates will have an informal call with a Knox Digital Manager to discuss skills, experience, and alignment with the role
Short Task – Candidates progressing past the first round will complete a written and/or creative assignment. This task will replicate expectations at Knox, assessing both quality of output and enthusiasm to deliver
Short Interview – Candidates successful in progressing to the next stage will take part in a short interview with a Knox Manager. This conversation will explore the candidate's approach to the role, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit. A final decision will be made following this stage
